Daily maintenance of the edge banding machine.

1. Protect the clean and dry working environment.

2. Lubricate the conveyor splint, chain plate (inject grease from the nozzle on the rail) 1 time /2 weeks.

3. Grease each bearing seat on the machine 1 time/2 months.

4. Regularly check the wear of each tool and replace the damaged tool in time.

5. Regularly check the wear of polished wheels and replace the damaged wheels in time.

Maintenance cycles can be extended and shortened appropriately depending on how often the machine is used.
