1. The quality of hot melt adhesive. 

Ensure that the hot glue has good stickiness under low pressure and can be glued instantly and firmly under the action of short-time pressure. 

In the process of edge banding, it is also necessary to ensure that the temperature of the hot glue is in the normal temperature range, too low temperature will lead to poor fluidity, and too high temperature will lead to too thin glue, thus reducing the viscosity of the adhesive. 

2. The quality of edge banding tape. 

The quality of the edge banding belt will also affect the edge banding effect, the belt of good quality, the finished panel is tightly bonded, the belt of poor quality, the gap between the belt and the panel is large, and the belt can not be completely glued to the plate.

3. The material of the edge sealing band. 

The edge sealing tape rich in oil will be more difficult to use, because the oily material will reduce the affinity between the plate and the hot melt adhesive, reduce the viscosity of the hot melt adhesive, and the edge sealing band is easy to fall off after a long time.
