The reason of uneven gluing

1. The pre milling cutter is not vertical, which causes the workpiece edge to tilt.

2. The glue on the rubber roller is not uneven and there are impurities.

3. The poor fluidity of hot melt adhesive because of insufficient temperature.

4. There is not enough glue in the glue pot.

5. The guide plate in front of the rubber roller is not in the right position.
