Hot air edge banding

Hot air heating technology is used to replace the traditional glue coating system. The working principle is to use high temperature and high pressure air to instantly melt the pre-coated adhesive layer or special polymeric adhesive layer of the edge sealing belt to form a better stickiness. Then the edge sealing belt is pressed together with the plate by pressing roller to complete seamless edge sealing. 

Laser edge banding

Laser edge sealing needs to be equipped with a special edge sealing band, which mainly has two layers of structure, the surface is a common edge sealing band, the bottom is a special functional polymer, and its working principle is to melt the functional polymer by laser. Laser concentrated energy melts the functional layer of the belt laser absorber, so that the edge sealing band and the plate are joined together.
