Pre-milling: This unit use two milling cutter to re-modify the wavy marks, burrs or non-vertical caused by cutting saws, so as to achieve better edge banding effect.

Gluing: The glue pot use spiral structure and heated to melt the solid glue, making the board glue evenly.

End cutting: The unit equipped with Airtac cylinder, strengthening thee stability. Two high frequency motors for a constant, precise cut.

Rough Trimming & Fine Trimming: This two units are used t o trim the excess edge banding in the upper and lower parts of the panel, to ensure the panel's surface is smooth and flat.

Corner Trimming: This unit is to give perfect rounding on edge of straight, chamfered and post formed panel.

Scraping: The unit is used to scrape the ripple marks caused by the non-linear cutting, so that ensure the panel are more smooth and flat.

Buffing: Independently adjustable buffing wheels, for cleaning & polishing of the panel edges.
