1. Ambient temperature

During the edge banding process, ensure that the ambient temperature is not too low, low temperature make it easy to lead to the lack of flexibility of the edge sealing belt, especially thick belt.

The affinity of the edge banding tape to the adhesive decreases, and the adhesive strength decreases. Generally speaking, the temperature should be above 15 ℃, and the preheating device should work normally during processing.

2.Equipment quality

Equipment quality should be good. And the edge banding machine should be tested before operation, the maintenance work should be done at the same time, so that the machine can be used for a long time.

3. Feed speed

At present, the feeding speed of automatic edge sealing machine is mostly between 12-20m/min, of course, there are higher speed. 

However, we can not pursue high speed in order to improve production efficiency, which needs to be adjusted according to the edge banding strength. Because fast speed can easily lead to the decline of edge banding effect.
